Every student of the college must maintain
discipline either individually or in a body in the
college campus. Any student found to have a
conduct detrimental to academic growth 'of the
college shall immediately be expelled from the
college. |

Every student of the college is a member of
the Silapathar College Students' Union and so, he/
she will have to participate in it under the
control and guidance of the Principal and the
teaching staff. |

3. |
The union will have to function within the
framework of rules and regulations prescribed by
the college authority from time to
time. |

4. |
All notices or posters desired to be
circulated or pasted on the notice board or
elsewhere in the college campus shall require
prior approval of the principal. |

5. |
Principal's signature on the Identity Card
must be obtained within 15 days from the date of
admission. |
|
6. |
The students should fill-in Registration
Forms obtainable from the college office during
working hours and submit them to the office within
the stipulated time as fixed by the college. No
registration form shall be accepted after the date
fixed for submission by the college. |

An application to the Principal for a
Transfer Certificate must be accompanied by
clearance certificates from the following
sections: (a). Fees clearance from the concerned
counter. (b) Library. (c) N.C.C. (d)
Professor-in-charge (in case of office bearers of
Students' Union). |

The Vice-President, General Secretary and
Asstt. General Secretary of the Students' Union
will have to submit their accounts and allied
documents along with the proceeding books, stamps
etc. If any directly to the Principal at the end
of the academic year. |

The following activities of the students in
the college are treated as serious
offences: |

(i) |
Discrimination of fellow-mates on the basis
of community, religion and language. |
|
(ii) |
Participation and encouragement in ragging
of any type. |
|
(iii) |
Involvement in activities that may cause
disruption of normal functioning of
classes. |
|
(iv) |
Damage or destruction of college
properties, like furniture, walls, fencing
etc. |
|
(v) |
Misbehaviour shown towards teachers and
employees of the college, girls,
women. |
|
(vi) |
Use of drugs, cigarette and narcotic
materials inside the college campus. |
|
(vii) |
Entering the college campus with
fatal/sharp weapons. |
|
(viii) |
Tearing the leaves of library books
etc. |
|
(ix) |
Throwing of leaves of notebooks or
handwritten loose sheets in the college
campus. |
